The Introspection:What you really want

How many times we would have heard from people to be strong, have faith, stay focused/attentive and move on but it's our heart that understands that it's near to impossible to have faith in ourselves and prepare to stand for achieving something for which you have fought an uphill battle again and again several times.Reason for ours umpteen number of unsuccessful so called determined events can be anything-peer /family pressure,Money, an effort to simulate others,to try to be effective or gutsy/heroic in eyes of others and found it very difficult to achieve the thing you opted for and start thinking you are a pervert and a looser.

Life is not fair and sometimes pungent also. Believe me sometimes you might never reach your goal or even die when your were very next to your destination. That's how it works sometimes...harsh but truth!!!!

Well collisions occur, things break and there are reasons behind. You chosen the path for which you were not made. You walked that path out of compulsions ,out of your habit of copying others, out of your greediness and now you are going through a mid-life crisis.

No guarantee of success or money can be given for things/business/jobs you always wanted to do or you love to do as well
But believe me,even if you tried and failed thousand times for things you love to do,You will never regret and move on every time with same enthusiasm, eagerness and courage.

We might fail hundred time but never give up but after every fall we should analyse why we fell down and are we falling for things for we always wanted to have!

We are Anna Hazare. Are we really?

Smoke is clear now.Salutation to esprit de corps of  old gandhian Anna Hazare(Kisan Baburao Hazare) from Ralegan Siddhi ,his supporters especially to Arvind Kejriwal,Kiran Bedi and Manish Sisodia and to all the Indians who stood heart and soul in support of Anna for twelve days.Millions of kudos to Anna for the task which requires tons of willpower and confidence.Anna has played his part towards an extent,a patriotic soul can do for his country.Three of the main demands of Jan Lokpal Bill Implementation of Citizens' charter, bringing the lower bureaucracy under the lokpal and appointment of Lokayuktas in all states are accepted by both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha by thumping the desks "the sense of House" to hold over the issues. In brief Saturday was quiet meaningful for most of the Indians.

I can see uncommon shine of satisfaction over the face of Anna even after a fast of twelve days and why not,he has brought home the bacon from the hands of depraved ones'.But why this "shine of satisfaction" is absent from the faces of most us.Why can't everyone in our society confidently say,"Yes,I haven't bribed the in RTO office for registration of new driving licence for me.Yes,I haven't missed a ticket in bus or train a single time".Why only few people like Anna Hazare come forward and lead the way.The answer is as simple as question.Because corruption resides in our souls as usual as feeling of hate or love for someone. This is the dominating nature of human being to belt along the most profitable condition or entity possible. Those who were able to maintain the patience even in most difficult times, have also conquered the hearts of others. Those people can be put in catagory of Anna Hazare. On the other side of coin most   of us always used to bother about petty things,"Why not to give bribe if it the concerned task is not that simple".

Life saga of Anna Hazare is not a fantasy. He has got ahead even in the most horrible conditions.Life has taught him so much.Anna had six younger siblings and his family faced significant hardships. He has felt the death from very near two times in his lifespan. It is not that simple to say,"I am Anna Hazare".

Now a big question for me and you,"Were we serious enough about corruption all the time before this event, before Anna shook our souls from his grave phonation".

It is not first time the issue of an anti-corruption campaign or bill has been raised.First Lokpal bill has been brought in 1968.It has been passed in Lok Sabha but demoted in Rajya Sabha.First version of Lokpal bill as drafted by government considered ineffective by members of Civil Society. On 5th April 2011 a Gandhian called "Anna Hazare" announced to go on indefinite fast in support of a strong Lokpal bill. Then Government however accepted it.However no consensus can be reached due to several differences between opinions of Anna and Government.Anna Hazare called for a "Jail bharo aandolan".
A joint drafting commitee of five member was created by Government to take Jan Lokpal bill in consiuderation as proposed by Anna and team.Commitee failed to come on a conclusion and presented Goverment's own version of Lokpal bill which was much weaker in comparison of Anna's Jan Lokpal bill.
Once again Anna started fast.Agitation against Government started in India.
Finally result is before our eyes.Had we done anything specific from our side except shouting slogans and marching in a rally in between.

The man who has never supported corruption in his life can only take such a big initiative.Have we thought ever, what is the root cause of corruption?

I think if we would have been thought ever, there'd been no specific "Anna" to show us a way for the removal of corruption. The solution was always there. The root cause lies in ours itself.

One who empathizes and applies the solution to him/herself first becomes "Anna Hazare".

The project with no deadline.

Even most of the critical situations, whether related to our personal or professional lives, certainly have  one solution atleast,as portrayed by life coaches, certainly for barricading the people from commiting suicide. As I've experienced, sometimes life leaves you with a soution which is not applicable in real time or with no solution at all.Now you have to decide, whether you want to commit suicide or to keep a eye,in what you've been put  until everything starts working fine.
Now start looking outward rather than inward.Situation has been changed. Also players have been changed.Things are turning sort of sarcastic.Have you ever paid attention at the boofheads(Directly you can refer them as politicians),what they are doing outside there,in Parliament outside your province,in capital your province outside the borders of your district/village/land.Well,they are playing a game which has no time constraint or rule.
In language of Software Engineering they are working on a project which doesn't supposed to have a deadline, although it is wriien as five years in Requirement Analysis document of Democracy .The requirements of client(Common people) are heard always at the begining of project but never empathized. From a developer(Clerk) to CEO(Prime Minister) are working on different tasks but with same attitude(Do it in a way that requirements must naver be fulfilled with all the resources consumed in developing their personal projects first).Client is innocent.He/She always comes under the influence of verbal sugartreat given by development organizations. But what to do with democratic client.He/She is as unlucky as having only two or three options in his/her bag.Client is poor, helpless(Everybody should be agree) and fool(though it is not so obvious ).He/She used to give all the resources and power in the hands of development body in the begining of project itself with very little left over his/her hand.He/She can't do anything in middle of so called development work being carried on(They always used to say that they are handling it quiet carefully and always used to deny the possibility of bugs after the occurrance of each and every bug).
This is a project in which whole hierarchy(Developer-CEO) is happy because requirements of client are implicit ignored all the time and organization is in profit always.
This is a project in which there are rarest chances of escalation from client side.
This is a project in which there would never be a recession. You would always be getting higher in comparison of what are you getting today.
This is a project in which there is no service agreement.Feel free to change organization(Party) if you are getting more in other. No trial nothing, though skills are always required and subject to change(Speaking lie,Supporting criminals,Helping people in preparing them for riots).
Most efficient developers,Project Managers,Vice Presidents and specialist in different skills(As Mentioned above) go on bench(To jail) time to time, only for taking some rest to release the tiresomeness of their daily hectic schedules.
This is the project in which everthing goes fine in the end miraculously after thousand of hurdles.
This is the project which has given to developers hundreds of time but never completed.

THIS IS THE PROJECT OF SEEING INDIA "HAPPY" AND THIS  HAS NO DEADLINE.

Enigma....Is it worth considering?

The simplest questions related to life seem to most difficult to answer. Sometimes these questions stuck somewhere between what you always wanted to possess  and in what you have been put. This dilemma  is common to most of us in our respective daily lives. Not more then one year back I used to call life a troublesome cup to take in.I have faced the events and situations in my life which came about without premeditation and moved me to an intolerable degree of sentimentality.God doesn't seemed me so gracious on me.It appeared that I've been pushed away hundred miles away in comparison of where I supposed to be.

On a pleasent day of  spring I came outside my doorsteps only to judge the comparative ability of my clothes to be intact in rain.Suddenly I found a strange relation between fresh raindrop and my life. Both were flowing randomly with external factors and obstacles.Body seemed to be fill with a new energy.I felt that my mind was unfolded to new horizons by little droplets.

I was forced to think,"why not play life like a game. Why to pay attention at how and why things are happening".When outcomes are uncertained for each and every human being why we should pay attention at internal particulars of life, why not to relish the the joys leaving all the sorrows aside.
Why not to take a particular event as simple as just like a simple consequence rather than categorising it in good or bad.Actually nothing is good or bad until or unless it is assumed to be.

Seems like these practices are easy to describe most difficult to follow.Yes these are.And I am following the most difficult ones,in point of fact these are simpler to follow in comparison to understand the enigma of life.

The great Indian terrain

"We no longer discuss the future of India. We say the future is India",these are words of Indiancommerce and industry minister at the conference organized by the US-India Business Council in 2004,Might be some of journalists, politicians and My freinds would be agree of that and often they used to say that people in India might be using the same facilities as used by people of USA by 2030.This can be a major misunderstanding for them, because Indian landscape is showing the signs of risky behaviour from it's very earliest like a volcano which can be still on a some specific day but might be throwing firepabbles and fumigating on the very second day.
Whatever you would be thinking about it,all has been started in 1947 during the era of 1947.For many of us it's a golden year of celebration but it also has a bloodsmeard history as two major communities fought for their old zeal for the cosmos which was deeply rooted in 1906 and is frightening India till now  not leading anywhere for the surety of communal peace in future as for the purpose the partition occurred and mounted to communal riots,is one of the biggest reasons,"Why India is legging behind in comparison of other countries those were still fighting for their freedom while India had got it till that era ".
I used to call people crazy when they talk the great philosphy,"Unity in diversity".Even after seeing the deadly blows of other state partition attempts recently.
well better is facts should talk about it.

Devastating Population Count
The population of India attains 1,100 million in 2004. It would grow to 1,450 million in 2030. The global GNI accounts for 675 $Billion in 2004. According to an optimistic hypothesis, the India GNI would attain 4,760 $Billion in 2030 (Compared to 18,000 in China).

As per the estimates made by the Technical Group on Population Projections
constituted by the Planning Commission, India, India's population will reach the figure
of 1263.5 million by the year 2016. This estimate is based on the following assumptions
regarding fertility and mortality:
1. Net Reproductive Rate of 1 will be reached by the year 2026 which implies
achievement of Total Fertility Rate = 2.1 by the year 2026.
2. Life Expectancy at Birth for males and females will increase upto 66.9 and 68.8
respectively by the period 2011 - 16.

People talk about the "we two and our one" policy of young married couples in cities like Delhi,Bangalore,Mumbai which sounds great as a effort for towards population control but interesting to see that uncertainty over the number of people who will benefit from the proposed food security law has been lifted. The Planning Commission has accepted the Tendulkar Committee report which holds 37 per cent of people in India below the poverty line, an increase of 10 per cent.

Poverty
One of the most pernicious myths of the last two centuries is of the unequal gains from capitalism.  The poor of India are far better off than they would have been if India’s economic liberalisation had not taken place, and there are far less of them than there would have been. This is not because they have died of starvation, but because of what is called as the explosive growth of the middle class”.The poor, for their part, barely manage to continue their slow exit from hunger and misery in the race of ecnomical growth.
If we talk about the IT industry it seems really fantastic to work with MNCs but is is further helpful in increasing the phenominal difference between poor and rich countries.Economic Inequality generally refers to equality of income, and is related to the idea of equality of opportunity.A study by the World Institute for Development Economics Research at United Nations University reports that the richest 1% of adults alone owned 40% of global assets in the year 2000. The three richest peoplr possess more financial assets than the lowest 48 nations,  The combined wealth of the 10 million dollar millionaires grew to nearly $41 trillion in 2008. In 2001, 46.4% of people in sub-sahara african were living in extreme poverty. Nearly half of all Indian children are undernourished, however even among the wealthiest fifth one third of children are malnourished. This clearly picturises the story our favourite IT industry composed of rich players who work only for their own benifits leading to an illusion that they are providing the Indians with employment. While they are making money out of great Indian  labour agreement campaign because Indians are cheep. They are paying them much less in comparison of their American counterparts and Indians are ready to work because if they are leaving thousands of people behind them are ready to work.

Communal Inequivalence and separatative thoughts
Interesting to see that ain India a particular community  population is the world's third largest and the world's largest minority population.
Communal inequivalence in any country leads to the difference of thoughts which further leads to riots and violance irrespective whats are the majors which are applied to stop it.There are very few chances of peace as human desire always contrast what exactly lies in roots of brotherhood and humanity however not up to a big level always but uo to a small one,on each and every cracker of fire. The demand of separate telangana is an  example of that which can be converted into a fireblow if drudged continously.

Corruption
If you are living in India then corruption requires no introduction and also emerges as a major fallback ,simally a thinkable condition and leading to nowhere but into a pit.
By the way who the hell can forget the money of poors which is saved in swiss accounts.
The people of India do not believe that they could get some work from the office without making payment of bribe and therefore, they fix the amount of bribe first and only then they approach the government office.  They are in this way and we have seen that people in India also try to bribe God and their offerings in religious places give us an indication that they offer money on these places thrice.  First when they start thinking on a project, when they start they make payment and when that work is achieved, they still offer money in religious places and we have seen all the religious places in India are turning rich and so many people are adopting this line as a profession and so many deras, asharams and maths are coming into being and turning rich within no time.

I love Schindler's list because it is drenched in blood!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I saw Schindler's List, and i suddenly immerged in wow  factor. This was the best movie I have ever seen in my life.I really cried the show man.......that was a pathetic blow at the face of humanity.
Central character is a Nazi named Oskar Schindler who suddenly becomes a saviour for more than thousand  Polish-Jewish refugees during second world war  by employing them in his factories. At the ground this movie raises that old question-"Are Jewish people the most unfortunate people on earth".The movie has been directed by Steven Spielberg and is based on a famous novel named Schindler's Ark.
This movie is a masterpiece of Steven Spielberg, or you can say best movie ever directed by honorary director.I can bet you would not be unconscious about the piteous and misfortunate condition of jews and would not be left without discussing this whole drama with your colleagues serving your duty as a social
creature.......Surely I can bet upon it.even I would have been sold a bucks of movie tickets to my freinds
to prove myself if this flick would have been released in current scenario.
Except two or three scenes whole movie is shot in black and white background. The flick shows a bitterly illegal gory war which germans faught against Jews and picturizes the unbearable apathy on the face of a German who smiled a dozen f**ks on the death of  a single Jew.
Jews were treated like those packs of hens with demolished fins who have to die at any cost either under the cages or to be stewed for a feast. This three hour long documentary vividly creates a dark arena which brilliantly picturizes a perfect combination of frightening scenes which go to the hights of miserability with perfect selection of matter-of-fact music and jaw dropping performances by Liam Neeson( Oskar Schindler),Ben Kingsley(  Itzhak Stern),Ralph Fiennes( Amon Göth).

After seeing this movie my mind was full of questions-
Why nazis hated Jews so much?
Why Hitler ordered massacre of Jews to such a extent?

I tried to search the answers of similar questions but was not able to find the satisfactory answer of even a single question.
Whoever would be interested in giving  clear answers to my questions can answer me at ankittripathi.pccs@yahoo.com
